Called The One
Margaret. The One.

Yes, it is the lost sheep that the Good Shepherd has just found and is about to joyfully return to the 99 other sheep in his flock.
So many human ‘lost sheep’ put on a brave face of being quite alright, thank you very much. We too can be guilty of this at times!!
Our Lord though, sees them (and us!) and loves them; He knows their hearts and the truth of their situations. He wants everyone to be safe in his fold.

Deep
Margaret. Deep Calls to Deep.
The gold drop represents the hidden gold that is within each one of us (see inside the blue blob above). The gold of the Holy Spirit flows from the Father’s deep love for us and is constantly seeking out the gold within us to bring us closer to maturity as sons and daughters of the King of Kings.
(Or, this is a picture of Toothpaste! Thank you, Paul!! )

Hidden
Margaret. Hidden Yet Found.
It represents the complexity of each one of us as we do our best to navigate life. We have different social roles to fulfil and different relationships to manage but who are we when we are alone? Our Father in heaven really knows who we are and still absolutely adores us, thanks to Jesus.
Can you find the dancing woman in this pic? I didn’t put her there. She just appeared after I had finished the painting!’

Revelation
Margaret. Revelation.
It shows the hand of Jesus tearing the heavens wide open to allow us access to the hidden mysteries that He so much wants us to find and to understand.

Birthing
Margaret. The Birthing of New Ideas.
It represents the amazing creativity that God has put within each one of us. We each have a unique contribution to make and it comes from how we are fearfully and wonderfully made.

Sue. He Never Stops Working
The Lord gave me a vision about a year ago but it wasn't until very recently that I knew that the Lord wanted me to paint it. In the vision I felt that the Lord was showing me the Godhead (but others have mentioned angels). As I  looked I saw three spheres, but they weren't  just spheres, they were moving around each other changing shape, going up and down and over as if they weaving a precious garment. I also noticed that every so often a yellow glowing light would appear between the spheres. (All this was taking place a few rows down to where I was sitting in the auditorium.) The spheres had been in the aisle but then they moved in between the seats. It was then that I felt the Lord was showing me/us His Will will always be done no matter if we believe or not. He is God. Have faith and believe that when He speaks it comes into being. He will never give up, He will never stop working.

Sue. I will never leave you nor forsake you.
Sometimes in the rush of life we find no time to stop. Without a thought for God we feel that we've left Him behind..... The Lord says, 'No you didn't.'
The Lord showed me that the flowers are still, but floating in a very fast river.
The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. No one will be able to stand against you all the days of your life. (Deuteronomy 31 v 8)
No one will be able to stand against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you. (Joshua 1 v 5)

The Blessing Within. Sue
Sometimes we need to be still and know that He is God. We need to look deeper and look beyond the facade.

Awakening. Margaret, 6 October 2021
At first it was nearly all white, but I felt that it needed colour and once I had added some, I felt that it represented an awakening of the Holy Spirit within us. Possibly a re-awakening for some of us in preparation for what is to come.

Dunamis. Margaret, 15 September 2021
This is a reminder to us all of who we have within in us as believers in Jesus - the mighty, dynamic power of His love by the Holy Spirit. God is for us, so who can be against us? Let us take courage and take the new ground!

New Horizon : New Ground? Margaret, 21 July 2021
This is an invitation! There is a path here which leads out of a comfortable, verdant place, into a brown and baron looking land. BUT, the sky is full of angels and the glory of God, with peachy tones of welcome and encouragement to go into that new ground and take it for His glory. It is a land full of humility which is ideal for the growing of His kingdom. Will you accept?

Glorious Love. Margaret, 9 June 2021
It depicts the Father’s love like a whole load of roses floating on a molten sea of His golden glory. Just a big love letter from our Dad really!

The Bridal Bouquet. Margaret, 14 April 2021
Margaret says "The basic structure here is the shape of the cross of Jesus welcoming those who want to have eternal life, healing and renewal (green). The centre is full of glory and blessing (gold),  joy, hope and celebration (yellow) with splashes of love, anointing and the power of God (red). Surrounding the central flowers are some tiny purple flowers denoting royalty and kingly rule. I felt that this was the bouquet for Christ’s bride, His church."

Light Eternal. Margaret, 31 March 2021
Margaret says: "This picture started out as a number of sections ranging from black to white. I turned the canvas 45 degrees and then felt that there was to be the cross of Jesus blazing light over everything and everywhere. The cross is in gold denoting His glory, divinity and authority. His light will shine for all eternity."

His Glory Within. Margaret, 3 March 2021
Margaret says "I wanted to somehow paint God’s glory which all believers carry inside them, and hit on the idea that the tabernacle, which Moses got built according to detailed instructions from God, might provide some ideas.
So, looking at Exodus I noted all the colours that God wanted in the Holy of Holies where He met with Moses. They were blue, scarlet and purple, and gold was used to fix the fabrics in place. So I blended those colours. When the paint dried, I was surprised to see black appear. It can denote mystery, fear of the Lord, beauty and abundance - the perfect unintended addition to the painting! Thank you, Lord!"

His Oil of Anointing. Margaret, 17 February 2021
It depicts a generous, golden drop of oil, shining with the glory of the Lord, dropping down on it's way to landing. On whom and for what purpose? I think this may be a time of checking with the Lord as to whether there is a change of season for some of us. Do we need a fresh anointing? Or, perhaps, do we need a top up of His oil of joy or His oil of gladness? Or perhap we need His oil of healing? Maybe we just feel dry and need to be filled up again with the oil of His Holy Spirit? Whatever it is, be assured that His oil is available and in generous supply to meet your needs and more.

The Inexorable Advance of His Kingdom. Margaret, 20 January 2021
The  constantly advancing flow of the Kingdom of God is steadily exposing and then purifying what appears to be worthy to many people. However, underneath the apparent worthiness are ideologies and beliefs which are based on twist and untruth to fit an ideology. God sees every falsehood and says ’No! My Word is the  way to truth and life’. We are to beware of compromising His Word as only it is constant and holds true for all eternity.

Humility. Sue, 20 January 2021
I believe we are all called at this time to get on our knees before the Lord of lords, laying down all that we have.
In humility we find ourselves seeking first His kingdom, we find that we are freeing ourselves from all that entangles us, pressing forward towards the goal to win the prize for which God has called us heavenwards in Christ Jesus. Amen.

The Foot of the Cross. Sue, 6 January 2021
On the Tuesday, I was praying about what the Lord wanted me to paint at Encore on the Wednesday, so I started to search for the right canvas. I came across the painting of ‘the foot of the Cross’ that I had started (but not finished) while at Encore a few weeks back.
On the Wednesday , as I looked again at the painting it still felt unfinished. Suddenly I sensed the Lord was telling me to put a crown at the foot of the cross. I was unsure and had many questions to ask the Lord. It was then that I heard the Lord say this: 'Be still. Think about what you see. This crown is not my crown. This is your crown. Cast YOUR crown at the foot of my cross.’ The Lord's presence filled the room and overwhelmed me. He said: 'Bow down and humble yourselves before me.'

During the next few days The Lord went on to tell me more... He showed me, that all of us, at some point have made ourselves a crown to wear. We build it and shine it and adorn it in jewels. We take hold of our earthly achievements and our own efforts and then we shine a light on them to display our pride. With out even realising what we are doing, we make our achievements our identity. Our identity is in Christ and Him alone therefore we cast our crowns at the foot of His cross and humble ourselves before Him. In humility we find ourselves seeking first His kingdom, we find that we are freeing ourselves from all that entangles us, pressing forward towards the goal to win the prize for which God has called us heavenwards in Christ Jesus. We know that our true crowns are the crowns of glory from the Lord.

Margaret also painted for Encore on the same day but because she was helping to lead the meeting she had done her painting prior to the meeting. I had no idea what she had painted when I was sharing with her about what the Lord had told me, but then she showed me what she had painted. It was a crown! …. or rather, just half of a crown …. We were totally amazed at what the Lord was showing us. See Margaret's painting below.

The Glory Crown. Margaret, 6 January 2021
This half crown covers the first half crown I painted which was a very bright, gaudy crown with lots of jewels and pearls and very heavy looking. It wasn't the half crown I kept seeing in my mind's eye! I decided to paint over it something more like the one which I believe God was showing me, and here it is! This is half of the glory crown which each of us will receive when we have finished our race of life. The gaudy one underneath, I believe, symbolises the crown we tend to build for ourselves through life as we reflect on our skills, our status, possessions  and achievements which we so often forget are all due to God's generosity, His giftings, grace and mercy. It is a heavy crown that doesn't help us run the race at all! However, if we are willing to humble ourselves and cast that crown down at His feet, He will replace it with His light crown of glory on our heads as we freely run towards our prize- a crown that is here and is coming, and the end of the race.

Follow the Good Shepherd. Margaret, 9 December 2020
This is a call to keep following Jesus, who is our Good Shepherd.

The Power of the Blood of Jesus. Sue, 25 November 2020
Things can look daunting when all around is closed in and barriers are raised. We can feel cold, alone and unwanted even when we are with someone. In this painting, I feel that the Lord shows us that no matter how difficult the situation is that we want to escape from, He is there right beside us to heal us and show us how much He loves us. He loves us more than we will ever know. His blood He shed for us, by His stripes we are healed. This is the power of the blood of Jesus …… He is the resurrection and the Life, He is our all in all.

Peace. Margaret, 11 November 2020
I felt that I was to paint a white lily-like flower so I looked on Google for photos of white flowers and the Peace Lily caught my eye. It was a big challenge for me to try and paint it with so much detail and it took a long time, but I still feel it wasn't the flower I was supposed to paint!! However, here is 'Peace" which is indeed what I believe God wants us to live in despight the times and all the problems and challenges. Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life and also the Prince of Peace and we are to keep our eyes on Him through it all.

Free to Flourish. Margaret, 28 October 2020
It sends a clear message that nothing is locked down as far as our God is concerned! He wants to set us free in thought, word and deed to live life abundantly despite how the world looks to us. He has ways that are our not our ways and He can make a way where there is no way!

He is in the Waiting. Margaret, 19 August 2020
We can so easily think that as we wait for the huge wave of revival and transformation to sweep across our nation, we can feel alone and left out in some way, just coping with all the events that surround us. This picture reminds us that God wants to lift us up as individuals to connect with His joy and hope and to enable us to more that survive but to thrive during this special time.

Come up Here. Sue, 5 August 2020
When you are feeling lost, alone and in pain and think there is no way out, .... God says, 'there is always a way'. .... His light and His love reaches down into the darkest of places. You don't have to stay in the darkness, instead walk into His glorious light.
After I showed this painting to those at Encore, many felt that the image portrayed the tassels hanging down beyond the Hem of the Lord's garment. The woman with the issue of blood touched the hem of the Lords garment and instantly she was healed.
Turn around .... lift up your head .... respond to His call .... walk in to His light, His love, His healing and  everything that the Lord has for you.

Becoming. Margaret, 22 July 2020
'Becoming' illustrates the journey of a life lived with Jesus. Initially the relationship has many ups and downs but within it all, there are flashes of glory, blessings, revelations, peace and a greater intimacy and trust developing. Ultimately, the turmoil subsides as more truth is revealed and righteousness, peace and joy triumph over all things.

The Power of God’s Love for You. Sue, 8 July 2020
About two weeks ago I was driving to Chapmanslade from Westbury to visit my mum. I had been feeling a bit run down and a little stressed. Suddenly The Father was there with me! He said, “KNOW that I love you!” Wow... I was blown away... His love overwhelmed me... a whirlwind of total joy consumed me.  It was then I had this vision of sun shaped image – the image was amazing but too intricate to explain... so during worship at Encore Online I painted a mixture of what I saw and the incredible explosive power of His Love for each and everyone of us.
KNOW that I love you, says the Lord.

More and more waves of blessing, revelation, freedom and clarity together with overcoming peace  available to those who step in to the pure flow of the  Holy Spirit.

Encore Prophetic Art
Margaret, 13 May 2020
Margaret says "This picture could be to many an illustration of our situation at the moment - being surrounded and hemmed in by coronavirus in a dark and scary place, but to me,as the colour black in prophetic art can mean the fear of the Lord. I believe this is showing that there is a need for increased fear of the Lord both individually and in the church as a whole, and with humility and maturity there is a pathway out to the light which is to Jesus. Some observers saw the path strewn with petals and likened it to a pathway to Jesus for His bride the church. Whatever, it shows that there is a way forward and God has it all in hand!"
