Kara shares some insights and practices for sustaining emotional health, so relevant at this time, below. Also, on Sunday 6 December we will have a Well-Being Zoom meet after the morning meeting when we will take some time to learn how to take care of our mental and emotional health. We will receive spiritual and practical teaching on how to connect with these topics in our lives. We will end with meditation and prayer to ground us in God’s love.
